V5 STI EJ207 REBUILD/REPLACE DAY 1... Not bad for 3 hours and ZERO time looking for tools it's all there plus some specialty ones and more on the way. Didn't find anything alarming and didn't break anything...yet. anybody got a good tip for getting that yellowed connector apart pictured? Or should I separate the harness in a different spot?

By popular demand (one person) I’ll keep a diary going about the struggles of rotary ownership. Bought the car and then had a 5 hour and 234 mile drive to get it home. The drive home highlighted some issues. Nothing major but stuff that will need to be addressed in due course. First of all the coilovers are unbearable.
