I’m just planning to start driving for a ride-hailing service. I don’t have my own car yet, and I’d like to read some advice.

Uber terminated me Jan 3 2024. Active lawsuit - 4.5/5, 4,600 trips in 5 years. 94% satisfaction, over 200 compliments, zero reports. Their attorneys took 10 months to even respond which just increased backpay damages. They finally gave a reason - safety reports. I told them they need to tell Uber they made a huge blunder their misinterpretation. I am looking for permanently deactived drivers as possible witnesses in my arbitration case against Uber for my own permanent deactivation. the type of deactivations i am look for are situations were uber deactivated drivers on obvious false complaints. when this happens there is a case to be made for fraudulent inducement into entering into the Uber contract and buying a car to drive for them based on the fact that Uber fails to disclose that they can and will deactivate u for false... Hello, today I gave two rides from Javits Center to Jersey City with Lyft. I didn’t receive toll payments from neither of them. When I chat with Lyft Support they understood my frustration but they couldn’t understand the situation. Anybody else have the same problem from New York to New Jersey toll payments?

Then pay, the app, the customer service and sometimes even the drivers and their vehicles. All suck major balls. 50¢ a mile on average in my area. I get nothing but poor workers going to minimum wage jobs at McDonald's and Burger King. It's the really poor serving the barely surviving. Charity driving is what it is.
