This is a great YouTube video on the history of Orient watches and the unfortunate takeover by Epson. I myself own an Orient Star, and I have gained a lot more respect for the brand after watching this video. It is also sad when corporate execs who know nothing about watchmaking take away the creativity of those who love making watches.

For sale I have my Seiko 5 SRPE53. The watch is fully modded, and does not come with any original parts, other than the see through caseback. Still has original movement. I replaced the dial, hands and caseback (slim caseback). Makes the watch wear flatter on the wrist and makes the watch thinner. Watch works perfectly. There's a minor scratch on the crystal, but it is extremely difficult to see. You also cannot feel it. It is located at the 9 o'clock and goes straight to the edge of the... I have up for sale my Seiko 5 SRPE57. Watch is in like-new condition. Worn maybe 3 times. Forgot I even had the watch, that's how long its been since I've worn it. Bracelet is in new condition.
