There was a merlot red 2004 E85 on here for sale a while ago (can't find the thread for the life of me) which I remember commenting on as I thought it looked really nice with BBS multi-spoke wheels. It wasn't far from me so I offered to go and look at it for anyone. Well....it turns out it was bought by a friend of my daughter's. She showed me a picture of it yesterday. I recognised it instantly. The lad who bought it is 20 years old. He did the sensible thing (IMO) and didn't go to 'uni'... Read more

Hi everyone. Was undertaking a bit of an upgrade to my sound system today, installing the power box amp to my car (basic sound system) ahead of fitting some speakers that are on the way. Fitted it fine, tested it all went well, then disconnected and threaded the cables through the back of the passenger footwell bit where the fuse box sits. Unfortunately when then trying to start it up following this was met with a Christmas tree of error codes on the dashboard, and it now appears the car... Read more

Hi All, Just off loading the remainder of the parts I have for the Z4M Coupe now that its moved on to its next owner. OEM 224M 18" wheels , currently fitted with Nankang NS2Rs but would recommend new tyres to be fitted as they are very old and really only still left on to protect the rims whilst in storage. Generally the wheels are in good condition (images below) few age related marks but otherwise is good condition Price £600.00 Rear axle refresh bush kit. Plus front LCA... Read more

I haven't been on here for a while as I'm afraid I have jumped ship. I got myself an M440i G23 on a 71 plate, with all the toys. I think the only possible items missing are the passenger lumbar adjustment (because there was a parts shortage at the time and lots of cars had it omitted) and the lock / unlock via a phone; given that it unlocks when I walk up to it and locks when I walk away, I don't think that is a great loss. I love the X Drive and the adaptive suspension; the adaptive cruise... Read more

If any Northern Ireland based forum members are parting with their E85 Z4, I may be interested in buying. Ideally I'd like it to be below 80k miles with the 2.5l or 3.0l engine. Open to older or facelift models.
