Hallo zusammen! Bin gerade dabei einen A2 1,4 TDI mit MKB BHC zu revitalisieren. Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass der Vorbesitzer einige Arbeiten vorgenommen hat, die möglicherweise nicht ganz korrekt waren. Aktuell habe ich 2 Probleme: Laut Tester wird die Ladedruckregelgrenze überschritten, wodurch immer wieder die Motokontrollleuchte kommt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob alle Schläuche beim Ladedruckregler (Schwarzer Kasten mit sieben Anschlüssen - einer ist blind verschlossen) richtig angeschlossen sind. Gibt es dazu eine Anleitung, wo welcher Schlauch angeschlossen werden muss? Das zweite Thema betrifft die Lichtmaschine: Sie läuft und liefert an die 14V aber es erlischt die Ladekontrolle nicht. Hallo Freunde des 1,2 TDI, ANY Die Ersatzteillage wird schwierig, vor allem beim ANY! Ich brauche eine neue Frontscheibe und bekomme die speziell für den 1,2 TDI, ANY vorgesehene Scheibe nicht mehr. Passen auch die Frontscheiben der anderen A2-Modelle? Besten Gruß Clemens

Hallo zusammen, Mein A2 1,6 FSI aus 2005 mit ca 199.000 km macht Probleme. Aufgefallen ist mir, das die Drehzahl im Stand bei warmen Motor schwankt und es Zündaussetzer auf Zylinder 2 gibt, somit auch ein Ruckeln im Fahr Betrieb bei warmen Motor, lustiger Weise ging bis jetzt die MKL nicht an. Folgendes wurde gemacht: Zündspulen gewechselt Zündkerzen gewechselt Kompression liegt bei allen Zylindern bei 14 Bar. 2 Zylinder Zündkerze ( auch die neue weis ), läuft also zu mager. Liege ich ggf richtig mit meinem Verdacht, das es an einer Defekten Einspritzdüse am Zylinder 2 liegen könnte ? Grus Joachim

Moin, passen zwei Vordersitze in den Kofferraum bei nur umgelegten rücksitzen? Oder losen rücksitzen? Oder anders herum: passt eine ganze sitzgarnitur in den komplett leeren Kofferraum? Gruß, Martin

Moin, tja, leider ein Problem. Motor BBY. Nach einpinnen des Kabelsatz GRA anwortet das Steuergerät nicht. Springt auch nicht an. Sicherungen li unten geprüft, alle raus gehabt, i.O. (18, 19, 20). Minifuse nicht da lt Bedienungsanleitung sind die auch eher nicht für den Motor. Jemand 'ne Idee, hat jemand 'nen Schaltplan? Habe 4 Kabel ausgepinnt u beiseite gelegt und das was ich ausgepinnt habe mit den Angaben aus den Links verglichen. Passt zu 100 %.

Hallo, ich brauche mal Inspiration von euch. Ich habe hier einen AUA, der beim (moderaten) Beschleunigen aus niedrigen Drehzahlen (<2500U/min) kurze Ruckler zeigt. Die Ruckler sind nur beim beschleunigen und nur im niedrigen Drehzahlbereich. Keine Fehler im Fehlerspeicher. Was ich schon gemacht habe: Drosselklappe und AGR gereinigt und neu adaptiert. Die Adaptierung lief ohne Fehler durch. Beides war nicht sehr dreckig und es hat sich nichts geändert. Ansaugstrecke auf Dichtigkeit geprüft. Sowohl Druck, Druck halten, als auch Unterdruck und Unterdruck halten tut er, soweit ich das prüfen kann. Der Saugrohrdruck liegt im Leerlauf bei ca. 360 / 380 mbar. Wenn ich mir das während der Fahrt ansehe, passieren die Ruckler immer dann, wenn der Druck im Bereich Umgebungsdruck ist, also die Drosselklappe geöffnet ist. Zündaussetzer loggt er keine mit, es fühlt sich für mich auch nicht nach Zündaussetzern an. Die Lambdasonde (vor Kat) habe ich gegen eine aus einem anderen AUA getauscht, hat nichts gebracht. Die AU hat er vor zwei Wochen mit Lambda 0,998 und CO 0,05 problemlos bestanden. Leerlauf sauber bei 680U/min. Bei gleichmäßiger Fahrt ist alles problemlos. Beim Beschleunigen verschluckt er sich irgendwie. So, jetzt seit ihr dran. Was kann ich noch prüfen, was fällt euch dazu ein? Bin für jede Hilfe dankbar.
