Carlo1460: You can, or could, use the same details such as phone number and email address and apply as a new customer, then they’ll either merge the profiles automatically This is the way. Having done both routes twice I’ve found the only possible way is just to apply as a “new” customer and they’ll either open it in the same profile, or merge it into a new one. Last time I’d closed out so started fresh but the previous time I tried to “upgrade”, got told to go to branch (45 min away) and I just then did the web form.

Just completed this cooling-off closure and new account opening. Took less than a minute.
Brilliant - thank you. I’ll get that sorted this evening.
That’s exactly what I did. I am on my last day. It’s a flexible ISA wrapper around all your ISA pots. My limit remains unaffected
jo: Reg Saver opened I think I knew his sister.
That’s annoying. As far as I can see in the T&Cs there is a 14 day cooling-off period for a Fixed Rate Cash ISA. Does anyone know, if I take advantage of that (I’ve got 6 days left) would the withdrawal still be considered as part of the Flexible ISA contributions? In other words, can I withdraw and then open a new 4.7% FR ISA and be in the same position regards contributions? TIA
Fixed saver rate is now 4.2% Easy Saver - 5% with a bonus rate of 2.5% for 6 months for new customers

I have only noticed today that CVV for the Rooster card changes each time you view it. This is very good in case card details land in silly hands.
Revolut NatWest Monzo Wise Starling Can’t think any others, I recall Lloyds mentioning it I think.
We shall soon be collecting eSIM with each card we own
