my overhead gear selector kept falling off, so I did the heat gun fix and made it stay on after the service center whiffed on their try. Unfortunately, I cooked the wiring harness behind it and had to get that replaced as it knocked out my GPS. The map finally froze and the vehicle icon as well. Somehow, those baked wires also goofed up the GPS reception on my radar detector. My cabin camera was already on the fritz and luckily I had a service visit scheduled 3 weeks out. Got the new... Anyone else in Tennessee preorder one?

Trying to figure out what % to tint front windshield. Anyone do this yet? Any insight / opinions would be appreciated.
Spent the entire weekend finally finishing something that’s been on the truck in pieces for a while. The next big step for my vision of a perfect overlander — and the first I’ve seen on a Cybertruck, as far as I know! Onboard automatic central tire inflation and deflation is now live on the Beast — via AIR CTI. I built their system into the CT with the help of AIR CTI’s Paul McKay (out of Victoria, AU). The system has a dash-mounted interface with push-button presets for High (50 psi) / Med... Automatic Central Tire Inflation System - installed
I was opening the passenger-side window using the switch on the driver’s door when the window control knob suddenly popped off. I can snap it back into place, but it doesn’t stay secure. Is there a solution or does this part need to be replaced?
Hello, I need some advice on tint, I live in Florida so windshield tint is a must on a CT. I went to a Tesla recommended vendor for the tint. I ended up getting Xpel PRIME XR PLUS 55% thinking I need the most heat rejection possible. Now I got it and it's very blue (even the installers said so) but more importantly it now has brought out a strange distortion in the windshield. Lines on the road are blurry or have a wavy look to them, also street signs are now hard to read and at night halos... New Tint Brings New Distortion - Xpel XR PLUS issue
This took me couple of minutes and so far works ok. It does not impact view. I now even forget it is there now. I am going to add the silicon cover just in case possibility of scratches to the Cybertruck.
Please say is isn't so Joe ...
After hours spent with a Tesla solar advisor and taking my $100, Tesla then informed me that we are out of their installation jurisdiction and cannot install solar for us. I’m having difficulty finding another company that is reputable that can install solar panels in our configuration – cybertruck, Powershare with gateway, no powerwall. Has anybody in central Pennsylvania been able to install solar that is non-Tesla with a cybertruck and Powershare configuration? Any solar company...
