Has anyone tested MB by asking for the full 24 month extension, as per their contract, which states that the minimum contract is for 3 years and the maximum contract runs for the full 5 years unless the contract is terminated. No mention of who can terminate the contract after 3 years or for what reason. Is it only one party or does it, for such reasons as breach of contract, or does it need to be done jointly, as the joint contract does not clearly state the termination terms of this joint contract. No mention of any other offers of the length of the contract, being made available as part of the term of the contract. This reply was modified 5 minutes ago by Callmejohn .
Indeed, I’m going to try and get out tomorrow and have a look at one. The same dealership also does Hyundai so I may see if I can get into a Kona N Line as well, my friend had a used one for a very short time (rear brakes and AC were both faulty!) and I managed to get into the passenger side!. Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
In answer to my own Question earlier in the thread, here is a Quote from Pat McFadden minister at DWP at the time of the Rachael Reeves budget, for information! “Today’s changes follow action taken immediately after the Budget to remove luxury vehicles – including BMW and Mercedes – from the scheme, returning Motability to its original purpose of giving disabled people access to a practical vehicles, and not subsidising premium extras that go beyond what most people in this country can afford” I think that says it all “Practical vehicles” & “Not subsidising Premium Extras”. Is the old Remploy blue Three wheeler on its way back? Just walk by the nail bars & look what people are affording, plus the Botox lips & rear ends! Attacking disabled people shows weakness, easy targets to tick a publicity box? The countries going mad! It’s the Design spec but it’s still pretty decent. It’s only missing a sunroof and heated rear seats from the Excellence, which isn’t a vast loss. If it’s big enough for you, it’s a properly decent car, well worth the money when you look at what else is available for that money. It’s pretty bleak to say the least. Friends are telling me to just get another Enyaq as at least I fit into it OK, apart from the silly £1999 for the bottom trim I’m reading quite a few horror stories about the new Google OS and 6.x software in the MY27 models, looks like being back at the original launch problems again. No support from dealers as they simply can’t do anything about it and have to wait days or weeks for Skoda to offer possible fixes. I can wait until Q1 as my lease runs until Jan 12th but I don’t think anything will improve. Only hope is to either wait and see if the C-HR+ returns at a sensible price (or lease one from Toyota) or settle for something that will just get me from A to B, both the Ciroen eC3 Aircross and Suzuki eVitara are under £1000 but neither get very good reviews. At least the Atto3 Evo is on, at £2000 it may be worth a look. Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
My deal is up in January so letter was send just over 3 months before the end.

Hi I have the same car on order Can you tell me what lead time was given when you ordered as mine has been extended twice since ordering for £499 on June 1st Could be up to 9 months but hope not tbh They said June at the latest but they expect it to be around April/May
I lije 5he Geely starray plight in, much better spec than the byd sealion phev Also, for me the back seat was fantastic
Hi There is a well known issue with the wing mirrors not folding out when opening the car, but recently I was driving my kids to school and both wing mirrors folded themselves in whilst in motion, I was wondering if anyone else has had this ? Brand new Frontera electric with extended battery and GS pack
New potential option: Assuming that the EV5 may well return or something better than the current offerings, at least, I could speak to the grants team and extend until a car that’s entirely suitable without being insanely expensive comes on Scheme. Thus I’d be watching with intent ready to go should the right car become available any time this side of the next election. BYD’s Seal U might just be big enough and I could cheerfully do all electric for the majority of my current driving and then the expensive option (petrol) for longer runs. The seats were just about comfortable enough. I’m not sure if there’s better plug ins on Scheme as I’ve not looked at them closely enough and there’s so much difference between what they can do electric only and what sort of regen they could employ. Ideally the closer to one pedal the better but any kind of slowing notably would be enough at a push.
