Hi Normal Halogen lamps. Nearside parking lamp has gone, triggering (I think) the daylight running light to go out in sympathy and messages for both from COMAND. I've spent a couple of hours now swearin' 'n' cussin' trying to remove the parking lamp to replace it. How do I remove the white plastic holder in the centre of the pic below? Hi! I've been waiting for a gearbox fluid change now for a couple of months; my garage tell me there is a national shortage of transmission fluid; anybody else experiencing this?

My ring doorbell app pinged before, I wasn’t there but answered to a man (maybe early 30s) who wanted to ask me about the car . I didn’t have a big long conversation but he seemed nice enough and wasn’t rude or pushy, he said he was a neighbour (he said he lives around the corner) who wanted to check the car out as a genuine enthusiast, but part of me thought is was an odd thing to do. Anyone else had this kind of thing happen?

Hi, New to this forum if not in proper category sorry,I am having a problem with battery draining because my tpms light is staying on all the time even when I remove the key. The battery will be drained in a couple days. Please give me some advice as to where to start. Thanks in advance.

Afternoon everyone! I had a slow coolant leak from somewhere in the EGR housing that became progressively worse to the point that I decided to find it and fix it. Now I have the entire EGR Cooler removed and I've stripped out the Bypass flap module, which seems to have been the culprit - weeping coolant around its cover. It's never bothered me in the past or even in the future. I always say it is what it is & if your concerned, get a mini Anyway, Iwas looking at the Mercedes me app on my phone & noticed that it gives you a fuel consumption reading from Start. My car is an S63 AMG Coupe & the average consumption from start is 9.4mpg. What's yours . Must go, need petrol

Vito van W639 CDI 111 2007 plate, with battery going flat after 4/5 days of sitting. I have put a multimeter in series with the battery negative and checked the quiescent current drain, it’s consistently around 0.13A, which I think is around double or more what it should be? I have pulled out all fuses in engine fuse box and in small fuse box by the battery under passenger seat, disconnected radio fully, disconnected internal lighting. No change in current drain. Can anybody recommend somewhere to get the ABS/ESP pre charge pump on my w140 rebuilt? I have found a few places online in Germany that will do it, but would rather find somewhere in the UK if possible. The part numbers for the pump are below: Mercedes: A0004300632 Bosch: 0265410018 It's NLA from the main dealer, and even used ones seem to go for £1,500 plus, and rarely seem to be available anyway.
