Playstation 5 Pro brand new in box, w/extra controller & portal bought them to play GTA6 when it releases but I am going to wait for the PC version. Selling at slightly below retail (my) cost, $1500 + shipping. https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/pl ... e/18477929 https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/pl ... e/17340795 https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/pl ... e/19491564
Best price I have seen in a year, cheapest these usually go in 2026 is $4.98. Stock up!
Spotted the Soar Ektra 500W Hybrid E-Bike marked down to $999.97 on clearance (ends in .97, so once stock is gone, it’s gone). Getting a 500W 48V e-bike with hydraulic disc brakes under $1,000 CAD backed by Costco’s return policy makes this a very strong value for anyone looking for an urban/commuter setup. Key Specs: Motor: 500W Rear Hub Motor (32 km/h top assist speed + Throttle Assist) Battery: 48V 14Ah (672Wh) removable lithium-ion battery (UL Certified) Brakes: Front & Rear Hydraulic Disc Brakes Weight: ~44 lbs (19.95 kg) — unusually light for a fully equipped 500W e-bike Frame: Low step-through aluminum frame Tires: 27.5" x 2.2" Hybrid Tires Extras Included: Front suspension fork, integrated front/rear lights, rear cargo rack, fenders, battery charger Why This Is a Solid Deal: Hydraulic Brakes at $1k: Most sub-$1,000 e-bikes in Canada ship with basic mechanical cable brakes. Hydraulic brakes give far better stopping power and require less maintenance. Weight: At 44 lbs, it is roughly 15 lbs lighter than most heavy fat-tire or hub-motor commuters in this class, making it much easier to put on a bike rack or carry up stairs. Costco Protection: Full UL safety certification plus Costco's buyer protection.
Philips 5400 Series Fully Automatic Espresso Machine with LatteGo Costco 799.99 delieverd. Expires October 5 2026
Not sure what size to go for either. I'll be using it for 2 years then I'll be giving it away, so I want the best and cheapest. I'll use it to play GTA 6 for PS5 (Pro most likely) and it'll be in my small room where the dimensions are like 10' by 11' or something.
Comes up to $5.19 ( possible ATL? )per head vs costco’s $4.79 (10 pack) for crossaction as costco does not carry the sensitive gum line. Seem to be early prime deal.

I know there's previous threads for new development but Im looking specifically at freehold, without POTL fees in Richmond Hill, Markham and Vaughan. I am really looking for something that can give me good transit options to the Yonge line (go train access is great but not useful to me as I work midtown). Also my ideal place is 1500+ sqft, 3+1,3-4, bath, and 2 car garage with additional parking. Yes I'm looking for a canary in a coal mine. My budget is 1m but I already know I'll get pounced saying asking too much, but perhaps with rebates etc. I could achieve this? How can I find out about existing inventory that is almost ready? Would feel more comfortable knowing the plans are not just a paper but actually something tangible.
