I'm trying to move my Zotero library to a new laptop. I copied the 'storage' folder from my old laptop and replaced the 'storage' on the new one. The files now appear to be present in the Zotero data directory, but I still can't see the corresponding items or attachments when I open Zotero. Am I missing something in the migration process? Thanks!

My Zotero account was through an old university email that I no longer have access to. I do not know what the password was for the account. I have my data stored locally, but I'd like to access the syncing feature, my online account, and update my email address. Not sure how to go about it, because the password reset feature is presumably sending to my old email address. How can I move forward?

I did clear all of my history and restart the browser before testing.

Are you able to access the same resource on campus where you wouldn't use the proxy (the brown.idm.oclc.org part of the URL). It'd be good to be able to exclude the proxy as an issue -- I think people have reported issues with the OCLC provided one before.

Any sync output there was pushed out of the log by a huge feeds update. Can you try again?
