Author: Legend of Zelda Subject: Promotional Items Posted: 28 Sep 2026 at 2:45pm I think it really comes down to the quality of the item and whether it fits your brand. Promotional products don’t necessarily have to feel tacky or cheap. Mugs, T-shirts and stickers can work well when they’re well designed and useful to the people receiving them. When I was working At The Promo Group UK, I saw a lot of businesses use branded items as a way to keep their name visible beyond a single interaction. You could start with a small selection of quality items and see how people respond.
Author: tommo245 Subject: Solo SRG with PSU1 Posted: 22 Sep 2026 at 12:24pm Hi - I'm selling my Solo SRG (1) with it's PSU1 power supply. Purchased 2009, PSU1 added a couple of years later. How about £150 ONO?
Author: tommo245 Subject: Majestic DAC with PSU1 Enigma for sale Posted: 22 Sep 2026 at 11:56am Hi - Putting my Majestic with Enigma power supply up for sale. Purchased direct in Jan 2023. Pristine condition, original boxes, British plug. Not sure where the standard chord is, so I'm not able to sell the Enigma separately. £850 ONO - will give it a few days here before putting up on ebay/other places
Author: Bi-wire Subject: June 2026 What HiFi Posted: 19 Sep 2026 at 12:37pm Yes, we're all sceptics when it comes to hifi mags but it would be interesting to hear if John C noticed any increase in product interest in the aftermath of that review in June, or indeed any other reviews.
Author: SillyWalker Subject: Phono stage upgrade. Posted: 18 Sep 2026 at 11:17pm I tried the GA2SE with switching PSU on the loan scheme and hated it: pianos were plasticky and female vocals glassy, and I had headaches. John sent me a PSU1 and it made a massive difference. I am absolutely certain the cheaper PSU cannot be that bad in everyone's room, as they would never sell any. John also sent a Reflex M with the PSU1 relief column. I returned the GA2SE with the switcher and never looked back. In terms of value for money, I'd say the GA2SE won, but the Reflex was a real step up, especially when dealing with inner grooves and dense recordings. I am a very happy chappy.
Author: SillyWalker Subject: June 2026 What HiFi Posted: 18 Sep 2026 at 10:58pm I used to read What HiFi? in the late 80s and early 90s. There were far too many 5-star reviews for my liking. Certain turntable brands were almost guaranteed top marks whenever a product was reviewed. The articles would try to differentiate the components by commenting on "colouration in the upper-mid band" or whatever, which meant absolutely nothing to me. I concluded the only reason to have so much competition in the market was to make auditioning new equipment more fun. Edited by SillyWalker - 1 hour 6 minutes ago at 10:58pm

Author: Patook Subject: Kits! Posted: 14 Sep 2026 at 2:29am greetings, I haven’t been on this forum in years so forgive me if I address a topic previously discussed. I see that last activity was about 5 years ago, are the kits still available for purchase? When I click on the diy link it takes me to a page that says that this connection is not secure. Please help, best regards
