Well, somebody's gotta do it, and it may as well be me. Who's headed out? What's the weather looking like for you? Do you have a solid plan together? Last year in the first week of archery season I posted of a local man who fell from his tree stand and was killed. The stuff happens every single year. Thought maybe we were gonna escape it this year with all of the rain but the farmer where I hunt in 2A has begun to find dead deer in the usual EHD spots. Southwestern Washington County. Same spot keeps getting hit over and over.

so I guess I'll start at the beginning. the last few years a guy I knew had never harvested a buck his entire life. so I took him to my family property. well two years ago he harvested a buck off my food plot outta my one box blind. the last two years I let him and his daughter hunt with me and my daughter. he never helped with blind maintenance, food plots, or even triming up the road to drive the trucks to the parking spots. last year him and his daughter both shot nice deer off my... so called friend everyone has.
