Natural Inspirations Cages

Hello, I'm getting a baby Meyer's and want the widest cage possible. I found a roomy enclosure (50 x 23) from Natural Inspirations, which I had not heard of before. Does anyone have one of their cages? Are they high quality? Thanks.

anything i can do for my girl?

hello all. i live with my 2 conures( Navi and Link ), and my mom’s quaker namd Pebbles. i would absolutely love to have all of the birds out at the same time, but the issue navi and link try to nip at pebbles, and pebbles does back, to the point of minor bites happening, so i can’t let them near eachother, and it breaks my heart, because it wasn’t always this way for pebbles. i had another conure, Mango, who was so kind and friendly with everyone, and her and pebbles were friends..but very... ~8week old alexandrine (almost) won't eat

Hi, sorry if this is the wrong section i have just joined to ask this. I have had many birds before but I have never weaned one before. I got a ~6 week old alexandrine, the seller said that they were feeding twice a day. Everything has been fine for the last 2 weeks, I have been very strictly following the temperature for the formula I got, and warming it with a bowl of warm water and not microwave, feeding with at first a syringe (not the long one into his crop but just into mouth) but then... Bird safe heater

I’m looking for a new heater. I know that oil filled radiators are generally safe because they usually don’t have teflon and other dangerous stuff but of course you still have to call the manufacturer to make sure and I don’t. Have the time to call the manufacturer on every single one until I find one I like. Does anyone have a link to any heaters they have that they have called or know is safe because you use for your parrots. It would be very helpful thanks.

Would my bird be happier staying at home? 🦜

Hi everyone, I have a bit of a dilemma and would really appreciate some advice. I have a very sweet, quiet Green Cheek who is quite happy entertaining himself at home. I’m going away and had arranged for a pet sitter to look after him, but although she initially seemed lovely, she has since been sending me messages constantly, including quite personal questions, and I’m now feeling uncomfortable about leaving my bird with her. A trusted friend has offered to come to our home every day... Read more

Budgie toe issues

My 8 year old female budgie has been perching weird recently, I noticed. I'm not sure how long her foot has been like this. On her left foot, the toes that are supposed to be in the back have bent over any with the front toes. She's walking on them and I worry it's making it worse. Her toenails are really long and I think that might have contributed to it, but it might be arthritis or an injury, I don't know. I'm not sure if those toes still work-I'm hesitant to get hands on with her because... Read more

Super Cute Bird Videos :)

I don't know about any of you, but I do sometimes find myself being sucked into the vortex which is that well-known home video publishing website. There's a lot of rubbish on there to be sure, but I can spend inordinate amounts of time watching all the extremely cute birdie videos too! This little guy is called a "silvereye", or a "white-eye" depending on which part of Australasia or the Pacific Islands you might live in. Exactly how this one ended up seemingly becoming a household pet I... Read more
