Yes, I made a new database. The whole history is in the old database. I cannot fix the problem with changing default/active selections. Either I see no history at all or I face the same problem. I made the bundle two days ago. I dont know did it go well because no-one has responded.

I am not aware of an issue. If you are missing specific hands then you can check that they exist in the hand history files provided by your poker site. Also when you finish a session and sit out you should leave the tables open for a few minutes so any hands in still in progress that you quick folded can be finished and written to your hand history file. If you want us to verify anything you can attach a sample of your Winamax hand histories to a Support Ticket and we can compare the information there with the results in PokerTracker 4.

Did you do create a new database? Your original history will still be in the original database which you can switch back to at anytime: Guide: Database Management Please open a Support Ticket where a technician can assist you further with your original data issue. Thank you.

I followed the instructions. Now the whole history dissappeared.

Hi. I’m attaching a graph with the 650,000 hands played entirely on Winamax Escape. As you can see, the graph shows that I have an all-in adj BB of 6.15 BB and winnings of €2,234.78, and real BB/100 of 4.78 BB and €1,528.28. I haven’t won that money by a long shot, and the BB won aren’t real either. I know variance is very tough and can last a long time, but it seems very strange to me that the graph always tends to separate the all-in adj BB from the BB won in a constant way, and that’s why it seems to me that PokerTracker 4 is not tracking the hands played on Escape properly. There are probably hands that I lose or that have negative EV that it’s not tracking. Please, is there anyone else this is happening to?

This for a tourney, I want BB raise vs BTN openlimp for certain stacksizes, but it just returns nothing. Any help or hint would be appreciated. If there is no log then that sounds like you did not enable logging by holding down the alt/option key when starting PokerTracker 4. Please note this can happen after updating to macOS 27 (Golden Gate) on Apple Silicon Macs (M1/M2/M3 etc.). If your PostgreSQL is an older Intel build, it relies on Apple's Rosetta to run, and the macOS update appears to remove or disable Rosetta - which stops PostgreSQL from starting, so PokerTracker 4 has nothing to connect to. If that matches your setup, reinstalling Rosetta should get you running again. You can install it by opening Terminal and running: Code: softwareupdate --install-rosetta Follow the prompts, then restart PokerTracker 4. Longer term, newer versions of PostgreSQL have native Apple Silicon builds that don't need Rosetta at all, so moving to PostgreSQL v18 should prevent this happening again on a future update. If you're on an Intel Mac (not Apple Silicon) the cause would be something else and we'd take a look at your log file via a Support Ticket .
