Agreed. Confirmed working properly on 5.15.2.

Installed today and can confirm issue is resolved. @ryan.boder the iOS app version was 5.15.2 that was pushed this week.

To confirm, you do not have an account with us? All the options seem to be correctly programmed based from our conversation. It looks like your dealer may need to look into this view your alarm.com account to see if there is anything unusual on your account that may be affecting live view to your secondary keypads.

For Z-wave devices it is a global setting. Settings > Advanced Settings > Installer Code > Sound Uncheck the Automation Device Voice Prompts and Automation Remote Voice Prompts options.

I installed my new Ecolink GD opener today and it’s working fine. However, I can’t figure out a way to disble the spoken “Garage Door is Open” messages coming from the IQ Panel. I was able to disable these voice announcements for my alarm sensors in the sound settings, however the Ecolink GD Opener does not show up under the sensors section.

Okay - I’m right back to where I started, with everything on the wifi. Again, the remote keypads don’t show “live” video, just a static image once I select them from the Video card. Is this a known issue/problem, or am I the only one having this issue? OR, are the remote keypads NEVER supposed to get full motion video from the cameras? Thanks, -PH

Tried the smart disarm this morning and can confirm that this firmware allowed the hardwired sensors to work in the smart disarm rule. Excellent work @vidail . I appreciate your assistance working with ADC to get this fixed.

Can you send a picture of the wiring at the panel? Also, it looks like it is having trouble syncing the sensors. Can you enter programming and try changing the installer code and then rebooting the panel. Once it reboots and performs a system scan, you can change the installer code back Thank you

We are not seeing any issues on alarm.com. We do see a broadband issue but cellular should still run all these commands just fine. Do you have any troubles displaying on the keypad? Can you try sending arming, disarming, and light commands to the panel and let us know what time this was done at so we can look at the history and the logs to see why it would be failing Thank you
