I started another thread about nostalgia. I think it can be a very strong driver of sales and marketing if done right. In that thread i dropped an image of a club that I think would hit the feels if done right. What can you come up with? A modern spin on something that was classic.

We previously announced that the event was coming back, and today we can confirm what course it will be played at. This is a special event filled with THPers improving at the game and so much more. Special golf course for a special event. And yes, the GOAT Track will be used for something.
How much does nostalgia play in for marketing that speaks to you? Do you think its over done? Underdone? Just right?
Seeing the "favorite par 5 you played" thread today had me really thinking what my favorite was last year. I was fortunate enough to play Hidden Creek, GrayBull and Ballyhack last year and even though I've visited Ballyhack three times now (and roughly 10-11 rounds there), the way I decided to play 15 for the first time had it stick out as my favorite par 5 of the year. Or at least the most memorable. Now the prevailing advice, even from the caddies, is to... Read more

Since we are all extremely picky internet golfers here, what would you guess that your perfect stiffness key would be, and why? What would you be chasing with that?
The 11th at Ballyhack gives us a shorter par 4 - with risk and reward. One up from the tips puts our middle of the fairway bunker at just about 260, the shot goes downhill then back uphill onto the green. There is what appears to be a pretty good landing area before you attempt your GIR up over those bunkers. The green here appears to be fairly long and narrow, one of the few that's a make sure not to miss on the left side. ... Read more

The first is the NV Green shaft, which gained wide popularity among everyone from weekend golfers to tour players. Years later, the Aldila RIP line emerged as the must-try shaft for […] See full article...

Anyone start using the new Muse from Meta app as an AI assistant? I’m hearing fantastic things about it and was wondering if anyone else has used it yet and could share some thoughts I’m not really crazy about giving Meta or Facebook a lot of personal information so that that’s why I’ve avoided downloading it and using it.
