I've managed to get a electric sunblind for my S90 (PN 9158807), but as mine isn't an executive it doesn't have the hole in the rear bulkhead for the motor and mechanism to poke through. I was hoping someone here could shed some light on how I could fit it.

So I just got a new factory turbo, downpipe, oil cooling lines, and coolant lines replaced on my 1990 740 Turbo wagon, and I finally went to get it smogged and it failed for too much NO, CO, and HC. It passed the visual and functional. Here are the values, if helpful. I’m also including a picture. HC Max allowed: 80 @ at 15mph, 62 @ 25mph. HC Measured: 101 @ 15mph, 94 @ 25mph. If one lives somewhere without any annual smog checks and doesn't plan on selling the car, how much smog crap can you remove from a 1989 240DL (5-speed manual, non-turbo) to make it run best and get best MPG?

I recently had an issue with a dead transistor in my LH box ( https://turbobricks.com/index.php?threads/injector-signal-grounded-on-lh2-4.384447/ ) and replacing the component did help... for a while. Hi all, checking my work here. Is this the correct orientation for the return hose? The other banjo is coming from the pressure valve on the side of the fuel distributor. I ask because in 30 sec I only got about 500ml or less than half expected volume according to K-jet.biz . if this is correct I am honestly surprised the car even ran.

(Somewhere?) I have some front end alignment specs that I thought that I liked (?), or did want to try as a starting point. I think they may have come from Phil Singher, and his website- Vclassics. Due to fact I have to put hand under the egine for the OD 4th gear switch, I decided is time for the engine/trans mounts for my 240 B19A. I contacted Volvo with the OE codes and they said that the trans mount n° 1221967 "does not exist" and the engine ones 274110 and 274111 are not actually available, they not have any arrival/availability date. Hey folks, Since I've dipped in to the world of pushrod performance, I've seen written in a couple places that putting a 100 amp alternator on a B18/B20 is a bad idea. This is because the V-belt doesn't wrap much around the pulley, and to tension it enough to make it work, you end up wrecking the water pump and water pump pulley. This information did not please me. Well, with the sale of my '63 rustbucket wagon, I was not really sure when/if I'd find another Amazon project. So I'm in the final stages of the AW70 to M47 swap on my 1993 240 and I'm running into an issue getting the two piece shaft back together. I am using the 1993 AW70 rear with the M47 front that came with my M47 parts. Both of the AW70 halves separated like they should without any fuss. Joining the M47 front to the AW70 rear is giving me extreme grief. I located the alignment arrows. I have verified there is no weird obvious spline differences.
