HI all. I have this left over from when someone deleted the carb heaters (I assume). I wonder if there is a cleaner way to do it? Advice welcome!
Sitting in the carpark of our local "Eurospar" (fuel and grocery store) waiting for my wife seconds after she got back into our car an old man decided to Wreck my Citroen..!! ..."so sorry..,I didn't see you there".. Eh.?

So I finally got my carb bank apart and rebuilt, installed an Ivans jet kit and going through the instructions it has you remove the KCA (air induction) valve from the plates on the valve cover. Easy enough to do, but why remove it? What is the gain or benefit to removing it? Should I get some block off plates or simply connect the the two hose from the valve cover together like the instructions say? Also, since I also have a manual petcock I will no longer require any vacuum connections at... Read more

Been riding a long time and hardly see these bikes (ZRXs) on the road these days but I spotted one in Winsford (Cheshire UK) the other day. Waved and kept going because there was a cold beer waiting. If it was you, sorry. Catch you another day and we can sniff round each other's bikes like a couple of dogs.
How have you provided for accessory power on your ZRX ? Years ago I used a regular cigarette lighter set up but had it installed horizontal and after awhile the plug in part would always vibrate out of contact ..
Milking every ounce of mileage I can get out of all my current cars. But it's a struggle. 1998 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4 has 308K on the OD. Driveline is giving me chassis vibration between 55 and 70. Go faster it is minimized. Go slower and I'll get run over on the freeway. So after changing the carrier bearing this weekend found out the CV behind it has brass parts in it that become the issue. Balancing tires no help either. SO bite the bullet and order an updated unit for $550. No brass in... Read more

Might be my favorite part of owning a zrx next to the wheelies and the power and the noise of the kerker. But it seems like everyone that walks by always says something about the zrx. That is all good day gentlemen. Sent from my SM-S938U using Tapatalk
