Tesla’s 4680 battery supply chain collapses forum

I finally found a way to make the bed of CT waterproof! After trying several methods of seals, I found one that can snugly fit in the existing channel and cover the gap. See pics and search on Amazon for the seal product. Totally works even through the carwash.

Woke up to limp mode and cannot charge this morning. Had two errors related to HVBATT. After adding it to my upcoming SC visit, they ran remote diagnostics and said to just bring it in and leave the key card with them since it needs a new high voltage battery. I feel bad for the techs, I just had the armor installed 2 months ago 🫣. Sadly cannot take it for an upcoming vacation, but I'm glad it happened now instead of when we're at the beach.

I recently purchased the Urander Enclosed Bed Cap, 270-degree driver’s-side awning, and fully enclosed awning walls after seeing the setup on a Cybertruck at the Michigan Summer Meet-Up in June. For years I've been annoyed with people who can't keep a constant speed on the highway. Car passes you, slows down, you pass them, they speed up and pass you, they slow down and you pass them, over and over while you're cruising along with the cruise control set going a constant speed. I'm that guy now. There is an hour long stretch of highway I drive often, it's 65 PMH and I drive it on standard. I keep bouncing between 72 max and 67. Very annoying. So I wake up Saturday and no overnight charge. I plug it in again, charges for 5 minutes and cuts off. I reboot and replug, charges for 5 minutes and cuts off. I switch from 40 amp wall box to 30 amp Tesla mobile charger... it cut off once, but completed the charge. Next day I try 40 amp wall box and it cuts off again. I turn the wall box down to 30 amp and it charged all night with no issues. Codes were HVBATT a236 CpAssertedFaultLine and HVBATT a237 BmsAssertedCpFaultLine No clue... Charging keeps stopping and starting HVBATT a236 and a237

Anyone else run into problems with the frunk closing and when it tries to latch, it dings then opens up. It was doing it all the time and the only way it would latch is if I pressed down slightly when it started to latch. Took it to SC and they replaced latch. Then they tried it like 30 times with no issues. Get it home and it did it again. I let it open back up and then pressed the button again and it closed just fine. Tried a couple days in a row no problems. Then a few days later again... Frunk not latching when it closes
