Hello, I'm Aaron. Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm currently working on an XRS 150 that I'm going to try to get Street Legal. I am in the process of putting a new wiring harness I got from Go Powersports on it. All new street tread tires, I'm waiting on my new CDI, Stator, Ignition Coil etc, then in two weeks I'm planning on getting a Predator 670 to put on it, then after that a heavier duty CVT and FNR gearbox. Disclaimer: To the best of my knowledge. Looks like a two seater yard cart ... frame is jigged to have the left front off the ground, on flat ground. Its cool, quick and fast. Ken Bars version of a 'fast kart' Love riding it!

Literally PERFECT less cosmetic (seat/plastic) or maintenance that hasn't been done. Live axle, disc brake, Tecumseh Power Sport 6HP, TAV2 COMET Torque Converter. Guards with stickers, Ken Bar sticker with serial number. 2005 so close to the closing (2009) build. The frame, steering and engine are all in awesome condition. I had been contemplating on doing this for a few days now since I purchased my plans, might as well just do it. The other day I bought the Badland Buggy ST2 Next Generation plans. I had been going back and forth for at least a year now on whether I was going to draw up my own plans, wing it, or buy plans. What would you guys put together regarding cam, springs, pushrods, and valves? Gonna bite it and get a billet flywheel for my 420. Im hitting well into the 50s for speed and I just dont feel comfortable with the stock flywheel anymore. Not a matter of safety, I have the scatter shield but I dont want to ruin the engine now. High rpm is not really necessary although my goal is to hit into the 70s. Is this just wishful thinking? If need be, I would rather lower my speed goal than... Read more

I have a Briggs and Stratton CR950 engine that came off a pressure washer I was given. The engine is practically brand new. I am wanting to put it on a go-kart for my daughter but I cannot figure out how to get the throttle to work. I know normally pressure washers run at 1 constant RPM the entire time, but obviously the go-kart can’t do that. Anyone have any knowledge, tips, tricks, pictures, videos, etc on how I can make this work?

I am looking for the brake system for the Runner 83-84/ch/08.

Simple monk that is terrible I know. I am using a SurRon motor. Biggest issue I've have is just two bolts to hold the motor. My plan is to get two cuts of the 3/16th plates, welded bottom to another plate and gussets. Thinking i should add a bolt to help with any flex at the top area.
