Taking a hard look at Building a 32 Millennium Walk Around. Advertised Cost of Boat is $200,000 for High End Commercial Finish. What i am trying to nail down is the cost for "everything" else. Including all electrical, panels, breakers, wire, cleats, rod holders, batteries, pumps, electronics, interior lighting , exterior lighting, helm chair, electronics etc. Does anyone have a list they are willing to share? I’m currently having my welder build me a gin pole. We have the material in the shop and I’m curious to see a bunch of different styles set ups. I’ll be installing in my washboard. The gin pole will be removable and there will be a sleeve that’s not removable from washboard to the cockpit floor. I’m not going to be able to through bolt to the floor due to access. I'm looking at a repower of a Wasque 26' and considering Yanmar and Cummins. If I went the Cummins route with a 6bt 210 HP, what could I expect for wot and cruising speed? This presumes correct reduction and propeller selection along with a boat weight of about 5,800 lbs. fully fueled and loaded. I'll be doing a bare hull, stick built, rebuild and keeping things on the light side.

It's taken a couple years on and off but now I need this boat ready for 2021. I have the bracket, hauler, composite cores at the ready Picked it up for a song after it sank due to soggy foam, overweight motor, the usual. Going to be a hardcore fishing/diving boat. I'm widening the stern so it has a consistent beam while also making a chine/spray rail all at once. And just couldn't stand the look of a "pinched stern"

Quick question. Can I have two AGM batteries as house and a flooded for start. I only have a 1, 2, or all switch. And would it be bad to switch from agm to flooded through the all position real quick, not run them together, just switch over?

So I have this lower cabin section not sure what to do with it. One is yes, I am going to making a cabinet for the electrical. As well as redo the 12VDC side as there is so much extra wiring right now. I am torn, as there is a large shelf behind the cabinet and just taking up space. Its an odd space, because if I made a cabinet against the wall, its to short to stand, unless your centerline in the cabin you would hit your head. I dont really want another settee down there, as I already have... Nauset/Bruno 35 - What to do with space

Hello Forum, Bill D here with the 27 H&H. I boat on a strong tidal river (Piscataqua River, Portsmouth Kittery) The dock I now have is perpindicular to the tidal water flow. The bow thruster on the boat certainly helps with docking but with a 3ft keel the stern wants to go with the water flow.
