During the 3rd cat delete and valve controller installation it was discovered that the clips and bolts that hold on my diffuser are already pretty rusty (1.3k miles). I want to replace all of the clips and add stainless bolts and washers. Does anyone know where I can source the clips from in a higher quality metal? I can likely find the bolts at a hardware store but buying them direct from someone who's already done the research is preferable. Thanks!

I was just summer researching tyres recently and checking out the available Yokohama ones and I always have these on my Elise and love how progressive they are. They are also usually good value for money (unlike Sport Cup 2s). The Yokohama AD09 get a fair few mentions on this forum (including from myself) and I was looking at these. They are available in stock sizes, reinforced walls but I spotted they don't have the correct speed rating for the Emira. They don't have the 'Y'... Read more

Hello! I'm looking to possibly purchase another fun vehicle! Currently I have a c8 corvette, rivian, and a v10 audi r8. I'm tossed up between an Emira or a Maserati MC20. Does anyone have any thoughts on these two? I didn't see anything in search results.

Hi gang, Need to buy a trickle charger as I'm about to go abroad for a few months and don't want my car's battery to drain and die. Any suggestions on what the best trickle charger to use for an I4 (if it matters) for long periods of non driving? Will be away for at least 3 months. Thanks all.

Had a weird thing happen when I got home. Parked in the garage, tried to put the drivers window up before shutting it down and exiting. However, each time I hit the button, the window went all the way up, then immediately went down half way. It did it about 15 times. I eventually tickled the switch enough to get it closed. However, because I didn't want it to go down again, I may have stopped a quarter inch from it being fully closed. But I'm not sure. This is a long-winded way of asking... Read more

Long time Lotus enthusiast. Waiting for my birthday in December to buy the car, pulled the trigger a little earlier when the Scura was announced. I could not have been happier with the car. My daughter calls it the batmobile. Looking to connect with other Emira owners in South Florida.

I'm driving from Minnesota to Colorado for a week of visiting friends and family and driving a Lotus on the roads it was meant for. I'll emphasize something I said in another thread, anyone who thinks this car is a GT hasn't owned a GT. You CAN drive a tour suspension car for 13 hours and 850 miles in one shot but there are many other cars that would be better for the trip. I'm going to switch to all season tires in a few weeks and am looking at my options. Many of you have had good things to say about the Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 PLUS's, and I had them on a Miata years ago and liked them. Anyone have experience with the new Goodyear Eagle F1 All Seasons? Tire Rack has them listed as of late, but not as many reviews yet.
