help.. I have a 17 f-150 with a 4" rough country lift that came with truck when I purchased it. Since I bought the truck I've been dealing with alignment issues, I've took it to local 4x4 shops for alignments and I just get different answers

Hey everyone, I have a 2018 F150 5.0 with 170k miles I'm working on. The truck has the cam phasers swapped out a few thousand miles ago. Shortly after swapping them out it had a p0011 and p0022 codes come up. otherwise the truck ran fine so i haven't really messed with it. I've noticed it more recently but it will run rough and misfire everyone and a while.
