Questions about correct thermostat for my '03 EC 300, and where to get it and upper rad hoses. Bike came from Florida, and the owner installed those aftermarket upper hoses that are metal and finned for heat dissipation, and there's a good chance he removed the thermostat, if there is/was one. Bike takes forever to warm up, and I'm re-packing the oily silencer now, I don't think the thing ever gets up to proper temp here in CT. But I can't find any US source for the factory upper hoses... Ho provato a rimetterla in moto, funziona tutto, pompa benzina, iniettore, pickup, Ma non fa' alcuna scintilla la candela. Ho anche provato a sostituire la bobina, ma il problema non si risolve. I've been fighting with my '03 rear brake pedal since I owned it, always rubbed the clutch cover and I could never get the height like I like it. Bushings seem to be good, it just looks like the arm should have a SLIGHT "dogleg" to clear the clutch cover instead of riding against it. Any suggestions for a good aftermarket, or is the stock the best design? I suppose I COULD install spacers of some kind to move it away from the case.

These are model FG GG3210 46mm forks, on my '03 EC300. Pulled the top caps off, removed the springs, removed the bottom compression valve assemblies, flushed everything (compression valves were gunked up solid), and re-filled with 5W fluid to 125mm fluid height. When I screwed the top caps back down, the rebound adjuster was backed all the way out (no rebound damping) and the fork rebounded after I compressed it as I expected...BOING!..it sprang right back. Apologies if this has been asked before, but I can't get the search function to work. I've got a 2011 ec200 with a split tank. It's been plastic welded previously, but it's started to leak again. Does anybody know what other year's tanks will fit? I don't mind making a few minor frame mods if that's required. Thanks in advance

Just about to pull the springs out of my Ohlins forks to see just what I have, but wondering about this special tool the factory manual refers to, I assume to engage the (2) pin holes in the top cap: Can I use a generic adjustable spanner (adjustable pin spacing) to turn the top cap off, or should I opt for something like the factory tool?
