Makes me think of the ride cave app 2D but I’m not sure if they support these cogs. I’m not sure how many people would actually use this app though.

Intervals.icu News 2026-08-11 Announcements If you wait a while it might work. Intervals.icu installs itself in the background to speed up future loads using a “service worker”
Having this same issue, anything that can be done about this? Thanks
I finally managed to get the version updated after shedding site data, some corrupted data I suppose. The new fields and charts show up now. However if I try to click ok on the notification window after logging in I get this error.
Jeroen_Doesburg: These layout settings are not synced between devices so they may have to be stored in cookies/local storage I assume. These are on the Intervals platform, but stored per device ‘Type’. Class can be desktop/phone/tablet/… That’s because the differences in layout and available space do not allow a single page layout. You should not loose them. You will certainly not loose any graphs/charts. Worst case, you would need to setup the page layout again by defining which charts have to be on it.
PWA or normal web page doesn’t make a difference unfortunately. Desktop has managed to update to todays version though. Connection type: Websocket and Connected: Yes on both devices. No warnings or errors in console. Mysterious times. I haven’t tried Brave’s ‘shred site data’ option, but I’m afraid I will lose all device specific settings regarding columns (and their specific order), graphs, fitness charts etc. on the mobile device then. These layout settings are not synced between devices so they may have to be stored in cookies/local storage I assume.
I read the book without knowing the 3 minute SFT test, so I might have overlooked it, but I an quick look now, I could only find a small paragraph that one could also do a 3-6min fixed threshold rep before a workout to gather data and feeling about the fitness. Not any more details about how to do an SFT with pace, or have I missed it?
Yeah, figured it out from your screenshot eventually thanks! Made a filter that filters out anything with cadence less than 1.
Oh, right! I forgot that I found a workaround for that by adding a filter specifying the source(s). If you only count activities coming from your possible sources, the planned stuff is not interfering.
This it what it looks like to me: (just marked roughly today with the red marker) Edit: It looks like your chart has a Device filter, so that’s what filters out planned runs. I could do something similar.
Hello @everyone ! I’m glad to announce that I’m now working on the AskMyCoach Companion mobile application for athletes and coaches. At the moment, the application is in alpha testing with my athletic team and family members, but I would love to open access to the beta version in about a week. I’m building this app based on my personal vision, but I would love to hear your vision too. You can sign up for beta testing through your AskMyCoach.app dashboard.
On mobile you have an old version that did not have the advanced running metrics. I use Brave on Android (and desktop) without any problem. Did you ‘install’ as PWA ‘Progressive web app’?
