Hello everyone. Found some floppy images in the wild and unable to mount them using Dosbox, or open them with WinImage, weird. Here 2 different examples. Content looks like common MS-DOS floppy, but header unusual. How to convert them to normal format, or grab files from them?

HI all, I had a SYM-1 in the old times, but I gave it to a friend for who I have written a system to compose music (on a French Minitel) and play that music simultaneously on four analog MooG synthesizers (a real time kernel). The SYM-1 had also a 16 Kbytes dynamic RAM designed and wrapped by myself. I wonder if somewhere there is a good picture of the PCB of a SYM-1? So years and years ago I bought a ALR evo 6 or at least that is what I think it was, it was ALR something. I've found a time-capsule of an Alphaserver DS10L. It has never run. The drive reads no gigs read. There are no users, user files, logs, nothing. Is this a fresh image of a DEC internal-use machine? If so, it was imaged and stored as ready, but never put into line. The system is happy with a date before 2003-2002, I didn't pry too deeply.
