irgendwie ist das letzte update hängen geblieben wenn man das Fenster schliesst, bleibt dies am dashboard stehen wenn man rechts die Bombe klickt, verschwindet die Warnung, aber man hat ein unvollständiges/korruptes unraid connect, welches man auch nicht mehr deinstalliern kann Als Auswirkung davon ist der komplette Header mit Logo und Anmelde-Option verschwunden, ist dann alles nur noch schwarz, sollte aber so aussehen wie in diesem alten screenshot wie kommt man aus dieser Schleife wieder heraus?

Hallo, ich wollte eine alte ungenutzte Unraid-Basic-Lizenz wieder reaktivieren. Leider habe ich nicht mehr den dazugehörigen USB-Stick. Im Kundenkonto von Unraid steht auch nur folgendes: Lizenzdetails konnten nicht geladen werden Besteht noch eine Möglichkeit den Schlüssel zu retten? Wie komme ich an die Basic.key Datei?

I have been tooting through some troubleshooting with chatgpt to get some initial troubleshooting done. I did a full reset of facial recognition with immich, and I think that's what initially led to instability and crashing. My system as 32GB DDR5 RAM, 2GB reserved for a Homeassistant VM. That's off. I stopped all the immich dockers (four of them: server, machine_learning, redis, postgres) and I'll leave those off for now. I did turn on mirror logs to flash drive, looks like log_previous is in cluded in this attached diagnostics zip. Crafty 4 (minecraft server) is also a memory hog, as well as the seafile-elasticsearch docker. Those are all stopped now as well. If this is immich slowly gobbling up all the memory and crashing the server, well that shouldn't be happening. I can start to chase that down over at the immich forums, or here. Hi, today after a restart Disk 4 of my array turned bad, it went to Disk Disabled, Contents Emulated. No Smart data suggested it was bad, I have used new config in the past for things like this and its worked, but this time its trying to recreate parity and just creating millions of errors on Disk 4. Hi everyone, I purchased two Unraid Pro licenses back in 2022, and I'm hoping the team can help me locate the second one. One of them is still fully working and linked to my account, but the other no longer shows up anywhere I can reach it. Purchase records I have: Order number Date of purchase 1077166 Jan 6, 2022, 10:45:02 PM ze0mlT0cTE9F May 10, 2022, 4:01:38 AM What is working: the license from order ze0mlT0cTE9F is linked to my Unraid account and is listed under https://account.unraid.net/keys. That is the server I'm currently running. What is missing: the license from order 1077166. It is not listed under my account's License Keys page. On top of that, the USB flash device that this key was installed on has been lost, so I have no way to recover the .key file, the key URL, or the old flash GUID from the drive itself.

Hi, We previously had a large USB drive plugged into back of machine but have bought a small slimline one so that it doesn't get broken in the slot. How do you transfer a licence across to a different memory stick. Tried copying files and using the 'download zip file' and install. The licence is only recognised when the original drive is plugged in with the right GUID ID. Also tried adding licence to main boot drive inside machine and nothing works. Thanks Ian

Hi, I installed a new SSD and tried adding it to my boot pool. Unraid recognized it correctly, but when I tried starting my array, it gave me a "no device identification" error and wouldn't mount the disks. After rebooting through the UI, the array won't start at all and gives me a "Wrong Pool State - Invalid Expansion" error. I looked up how to resolve this error and it said that I had to remove the pool and recreate it. However, Remove pool is grayed out (prob because it's the data partition of the boot pool). Any way I can restore my boot pool without data loss?

Hi Unraid Community & Support Team, I am encountering severe system crashes, WebGUI freezes, and Docker timeouts on my server (TicK-Unraid). Upon checking the syslog, I identified critical medium error and Sense Key : 0x3 (Unrecovered Read Error) on my USB drive (sdf). My Current Setup: Boot Drive: Internal NVMe (Custom / Internal boot setup running the main OS). USB Flash Drive (SanDisk 3.2 Gen1): Used solely for holding the Unraid License .key file and GUID validation. Current Situation & Issue: The USB drive has physically failed (NAND Flash error). When plugged into a Windows PC, it is unreadable / hangs File Explorer, so I cannot easily copy the /config folder via PC. Because I am using an Internal NVMe Boot setup rather than standard USB booting, what is the proper/official procedure to replace this failed USB drive? I want to ensure my array configuration, drive assignments, and registration license are safely transferred/linked to a new USB Flash Drive without breaking my current NVMe boot setup. In case I have already reached the 1-year automated key replacement limit on my account (not 100% sure), what is the best way to get a new key generated for the new USB GUID? Regarding TPM License Option: My motherboard is a Huananzhi X99 F8D Plus, which does not support TPM 2.0. I previously purchased and tested a 14-pin TPM module, but it was incompatible/did not work. Hallo zusammen, nachdem unraid (7.3.2) einfach mal nicht reagiert hat und nach einem Neustart (hardreset) fehlen nach dem Array Start alle docker. installiere ich sie neu (geht schnell, da ja vorhanden) funktioniert alles wie gewohnt. Mache ich ein reboot oder ein stop/start des Arrays sind sie wieder weg. der usb boot stick ist ok und wurde sogar neu geschrieben über unraid-installer. wo speichert unraid ab, welche docker installiert sind und welche gestartet werden sollen? Hey, ich habe da eher mal eine Verständnisfrage. Ich nutze Lizenzierung über TPM. Ich habe am 17.09.2026 neues Board und CPU verbaut. Schlüssel ersetzen.. völlig normal, gemacht alles schick. Am 18.09.2026 habe ich ein wenig „rum gespielt“ Einstellungen gemacht, Netzwerktreiber probiert Realtek 8125 installiert … Neustarts … deinstalliert.. Neustarts. Irgendwann kam auf einmal ich soll wieder Schlüssel tauschen. Überhaupt nicht verstanden, ok, probiert ging, alles wieder gut. Heute, nochmal kleine Anpassungen gemacht, Lüfter umgebaut, vorher 1 Anschluss für Lüfter genutzt, nun 3 … anschließend lüfterkurven eingestellt, fertig. Server gestartet, zack, wieder Schlüssel ersetzten… dieses Mal ging es dann nicht mehr, weil ich innerhalb eines Jahres 2x getauscht habe. Ich habe den Support schon kontaktiert, mir geht es ums Verständnis. Wieso hat sich der TPM-Schlüssel bei solchen solchen überhaupt geändert, welche Sachen konnten der Grund sein. Mittlerweile könnte man Angst haben den Server überhaupt neu zu starten. Hab immer gedacht der Schlüssel „ist“ und „bleibt“. Für ein paar Hinweise / Aufklärungen bin ich dankbar. Beste Grüße Patty

Hello Unraid Community! I've got a really weird issue I wanted to see if someone had any input on: I recently acquired an RTX 3060 12GB to run a local voice assistant. It is connected to my server via Oculink and works as expected. It consistently reaches P8 idle state without running Spaceinvader's script but the oddity is that sometimes it will idle at 10W and other times at 19W. The system indicates P8 in both cases and I've confirmed the power draw represented in Unraid is accurate via a Sonoff S31 flashed with Tasmota. The higher idle draw happens sometimes after performing more intensive tasks for a few hours, i.e. a MicroWakeWord training container, or if the server has power disconnected and then boots back up with the GPU still connected. I can rectify the issue either by starting up the server with the GPU disconnected/powered off, then shutting down and booting up with it reconnected or in some instances, rebooting the server. I can pretty readily reproduce this. It doesn't appear to be linked to any driver version, as the issue occurs with the open source Nvidia driver and production driver. It also happens if I stop any docker containers that have the GPU passed through. Has anyone experienced anything like? I'm a bit obsessive over minimizing the power draw of my server where possible, so almost double idle power draw is something I'd love to track down. Any help is appreciated!
