This is the third memory card that has been corrupted by Wyze Cameras. I just tapped the firmware update which had “BETA” next to it. V4.52.17.26 This latest SD card has been working fine for months now, but after the firmware update the memory card was “not readable” and inserting it into Windows or Mac OSes yielded a corrupted destroyed card with critical footage not saved.

With that particular one, I don’t recall if that was design or not and sadly I don’t have one of those anymore, I needed a wider view, but I’m glad it worked! I have shortcuts for turning all of mine on and off and it’s wonderful and very quick

Given how old the cams are, it is not unlikely that the wifi chips in them have degraded and don’t have the range or throughput they once had. “Refurbished” would not have caught that most likely. If the two cams you bought are the same two cams having the issue then yeah, that seems pretty close to a smoking gun.

Im having the problem on Android. Someone in another post said his wifes iPhone doesnt have the issue but he does on a samsung. Firmware update trouble Cameras Regret upgrading to latest firmware. Ever since when viewing events the time gets all out of sync and jumps all over the place tried resetting and just about everything.

The same thing happens when watching v4 video from an SD card. However, if you download the event, the downloaded video plays just fine. On the other hand, if you record from the SD, the video contains the stutter. v4 firmware: v4.52.17.19 Android App: v3.22.0 (973) Downloaded Event from App: Recorded video from SD: Also, the latest App Update v3.22.1 (979) for Android did not resolve the issue.

Hello, I am still not seeing the latest Beta Firmware for the Wyze Cam v4 on my phone. I am running Wyze App v3.22.1 (979). I am enrolled in the Beta Program for v4 and is still showing 4.52.17.19 as the latest firmware.

Can those of you experiencing this issue let me know if you are seeing it on iOS or Android and what version of iOS or Android you are on?
