When weeding, planting, harvesting at ground level— how do you do it? That is to say, what body position do you use? Do you most often bend at the waist or work on your knees? We have noticed a difference between the way men and women do this. I wonder if the difference we’ve noticed is a general trend. So please let me know what body position you use mostly to do ground-level work.

It was a good run. We had unprecedented spells of high temps and dryness to deal with this season. The temps in the greenhouse were iin the 30’s for days. With temps this hot tom plants sort of shut down their developing. Well, it was what it was…and now, after a good ending, it is time to take down the toms and start thinking about changing the soil.
