1-4: Rodney is a male neutered American Shorthair cat. He is approximately 9 years old. I adopted him from a shelter when he was estimated to be about 1 yr. Old. He weighs 11-12 lbs, it varies because I tend to be a bit too generous on the (healthy) treats at times. What's their BEAM (Stunted playfulness, sleeping more but still moving around and curious, eating normally, good mood despite something obviously affecting her) 6. Lately Ive been doing less supplements in food maybe only 2-3x/week (lysine, micro c, wild blueberry powder, barley grass juice powder, goldenseal, propolis, zinc, b12), more salted wild salmon (salty), and giving dehydrated raw but with no water mixed in (dry)... Hi all. My lovely 10 year old male cat Sebby went in to heart failure yesterday. He had first started presenting with dental struggles for over a week - off his food and would only eat very soft foods and treats. When eating these soft foods he turns his head to the right and grinds his teeth sometimes spitting food out. When the vet checked they found gingivitis but nothing much else, said xrays would show anything underneath the gum. They also discovered a heart murmur grade 3. We were... Read more
