Hello folks. I had a little thread going on the old cefourm that I kept updated with pictures. It always got abit of interest but as posting pictures became near impossible on it i havnt posted anything in years to it. So I decided to start a new one here. Thought I’d share a few bits of what I am up to over here in Dubai. Been here the best part of 5 years now, first 2 years working for a demolition company, then just over 2 and a half with a Civils company doing earthworks and roadworks and just recently have gone back to the same demolition company as operations manager.

So short summary about this issue: Without having the function engaged there is 100-110 litres per minute of oil coming through breaker lines about 50 litres on each side simultaneously, if I plug the lines with pressure gauges it shows zero pressure. Machine is Takeuchi TB 1140, year 2006, 12.500 hours on it. I have bought this used machine about three years ago and I already put some fixing into it. I'm thinking of getting a new 2.6-2.7t machine. I've currently got a kubota kx61-3 but have spent about 1000hrs in the seat of someone else's kx027-4 . I do a lot of grab work, fencing etc and I'm often on fairly steep slopes, along with the usual earth moving duties. The kx61 is getting on a bit now and although it's a solid machine, it would be nice to have the two aux circuits on the joysticks. There are a few things I don't like about the kx027 - really jerky tracking on the foot... Read more

So bought one of these and now I'm experiencing the reality of owing a jap pickup it would seem Yesterday I got stuck on a turd- pretty much literally going up a field so duly put it in 4wd/hi. When I tried to spin the truck around to park in the same field( quite firm surface) it started scrabbling- a bit more research deduced that due to no central diff basically 4wd regardless of hi/lo is a no no on any kind of hard surface. anyone know of a good place to source an idler assemble for Takeuchi tb180 fr not sure if its shares under carriage with other models bearing has gone and its goosed
