Hello! Hans here from Germany! I work with Studio One 3.5.6 and something has changed recently when I want to select singe events on tracks via the range tool: in "former times" I just had to draw a rectangle encompassing the events I want to select, and always the whole events were select; at the same time clear spaces were not highlighted. Accept third party cookies Very cool little macro - but for reasons yet unknown - if I click Install on this thing from the Exchange Area - the macro does seem to find it's way into my macros folder - but is a no-show - anywhere in the Studio Pro UI. I'm running the latest Ubuntu with S1 8.1 and the VST3 plugins play, but there's no plugin UI or presets. The UIs are a seemingly unordered set of S1 native controls so not terribly user friendly. I tried several different vendors that obviously supply Linux native versions and it seems pointless to supply a Linux version with no UI! Is this expected? Other than that it works great so far.

Will I have full simultaneous functionality with both controllers in Fender Studio 8.1? The Arturia Keylab mkii is my main DAW controller. I will keep it as my main controller. I'm considering replacing my Studiol;ogic SL990 XP with a NI Kontrol S88 mk3. The NI S88 mkIII would be my Komplete Kontrol/Kontakt 8 interface.

Here's an issue to consider. Are beginners enticed by a pro-level program with a zillion options, but bolts on some features intended for those new to recording? I suspect they would prefer a program built from the ground up toward that goal. That may be what Universal Audio is attempting with Luna.
