Quick question on how to properly trim fairway woods? Taking a shaft at driver length, to say 5w and 7w. Am I tip trimming per the manufacturer instructions, and then butt trimming to total length if needed?

Looking for a 60° recommendation for the Pacific Northwest year round conditions. Soft and wet most of the year, firm for a couple months in summer. Current lob is a Vokey 58 K grind (14°). I'm a little steep, so I don't want to go so low bounce that it digs either. The shot that's killing me is the tight lie where you have to land it close and soft and let it trickle out. Hello as I get older and due to back injuries been looking for ways to keep some distance. Read these are great for slower swing speeds. Anyone try them? Or are these a repainted Srixon? Thank you

For years we had multiple, including Tiger, Rory, Phil and others. Now there are none. Except Bryson. He is a lightning rod for those that love him for some reason and those that think if he cured prostate cancer, he would be sexist.
