Howdy. Owner of a ’55 two-ten purchased new by mom’s brother. My father and I have co owned since 1981. I’m now the sole owner and working on some updates and refresh. Rebuilding the motor, converting to front disc brakes, suspension refresh are the main concerns. She has the 265 V8 and three speed w/overdrive. Keeping the look mostly stock as she still wears her original sea mist green body and India ivory top with a fair amount of proper patina. 😎. Learning LOTS about the quirks... My name is Mike. I'm 70 and from Pennsylvania. I had a 55 Chevy 2 door in high school and its been dream for over 50 years to own another one. A few mo ths ago, I bought a 4 door 55 Belair Sedan.

I have had my 55 BelAir almost 10 years and enjoy learning how to maintain and upgrade a piece of history!

I'm Michael, from Virginia. I'm helping my Grandpa out with his 57 Bel Air and came on here to ask a question or two to the experts and enthusiasts here.

I don't own a tri five, but I do appreciate everything old school cool! I recently started my own marine upholstery shop, and have been buying collections of vinyl to build up my on hand inventory. I recently acquired some material that might be of interest to this group and would like to learn more about what I have; but more on that in another post!
