how do we collect data to the point to where we can show that the algorithms are in fact not paying us like we are contractors. if we could show that maybe we could push for blind algorithms and more transparency.

I have been noticing Uber is taking up to %64 on rides now. It varies widely and I do not wish to ask every customer what they paid. Here is one from last night: The payout was $8.10, the driver paid $18.96 (no tip included) (18.96-8.1)/18.96 = x/100 x = 57.28 so uber took %57.28 . They charged the customer @$19 during prime Saturday night bar time (1:30AM) and kept most of it. The sad thing is I cannot figure out how to see what they took... The lies disgust.

As we know, when a pax extends their ride mid-trip by adding a stop or by changing the destination to one that is farther away, Uber's policy is to charge the pax extra money and then usually keep all the extra money for itself and not share any of it with the driver. I don’t know if any official notification from Uber or not sometimes I miss things but in my market ( Las Vegas) or at least on my app which is current on updates that Uber is now OBSCURING HIDING multiple stops from drivers on the offer and even after a driver accepts, is on way to pickup , not until upon arrival turning trip on does a driver find out he’s on a multiple stops ride. I figure this is in response to many declines of multiple stop offers but now drivers will tricked , deceived... Multiple stop changes

Someone told me there is no language required. I went to hooker capital Dublin first. And the constables say we are ira, gaelga and only then you can work here. Then I came here. The formulation of offerings means it is impossible to tap on blindly . A 1 dollar surge on a 20 mile ride that goes for 11.88 is one of those little minefields . Three riders in 20s goin 1.4 for 4.89 wanted to put scooter in back .I said hurry up I'm only getting 4.89 . Second time a 4.89 ride that was down road on bus 4 riders going .8 miles facking Puzzies But UBER understands my frustration facking Puzzzies . Of course got the quest ,paid for by taking underpaid rides . Got me another not polite.

I think with the price of gasoline so high that Uber should charge a fuel adjustment charge to all customers, whether it's for Eats or Taxi. The adjustment charge should go to the drivers. Is there anything like that being talked about with Uber management?
