So my car decided to go into limp mode as i was on the highway, i managed to hobble over to an advanced autoparts and get the codes scanned. I was given P0014 and a slew of other codes p0300, p0303, p0301, p0420, and p1326. I assumed all the other codes were because of the P0014 which says that the timing is advanced. I know the timing being advanced may not always be the case so checked the cvvt solenoids to see if theyre clogged but they’re perfectly clean. I checked the circuits but the... P0014 engine code

I have a 2015 Hyundai velocity turbo R spec with 135,000 miles on it. I was wondering what type and brand of oil would be recommended for it as it is a high mileage car

Ok guys, just wondering if anyone here has had an issue with the dimmer switch for the interior lights and gauge cluster. Just noticed mine being a bit too bright the other day and then hit the switch to dim them down. Nothing happened. Before I recall getting the little row of zeroes [00000000] that would empty down when dimming. Now I get nothing. Odd thing is that the rest of the "cluster" where he switch sits is working properly I think. It has the Eco Mode on/off switch that is... Dimmer Switch acting up?!

My Veloster base has had fuel retention problem for a few months. I've replaced the LPFP and filter, the HPFP and changed the fuel relay. I've checked the pvc and evap all is checking out but my car is still lean.

Hi Guys, So this is the second Veloster I've had. A friend totalled my other one earlier this year, but I found another one in July that had the same miles and is a turbo 6 speed. I got it for 1500.00 and I still owed on the one that was wrecked, anyways, I bought it knowing I was going to put another engine in it. I have found some online - new engines that are like 1800.00. my questions are these 1. Should I get a new engine or used? 2. Should I go ahead and get a new turbo as... Changing out the engine in my 2013 turbo 1.6 G4FJ.

Are there any performance mods i can put on it that wont make it explode? Nothing crazy bcs I want to do scca rallycross but maybe take a half second to full second off the 0-60? Forgive me if this is a dum question im a little new to this.

i’ve recently started having an issue with my car where when i start it up it’ll be missfiring really bad but the rpm’s is at zero even when i give it a bit of gas (ik i shouldnt do it but i was curious) its still stuck at zero. It will also do the same thing randomly when im pulling into a drive through or at a light, the rpms drop to zero and it miss fires real bad. Once i turn it off and turn it back on it’s back to normal. Theres no check engine light hut it’s definitely misfiring. Any... Missfiring????
