I have a 2001 TJ that I've owned for a little over 2 1/2 years. I've probably driven it 6000 miles or so during that time. A few months ago, I noticed that it was pulling to the left when I hit the brakes. It also seemed to be a little down on power. With the 2.5L, I don't have much power to lose... I let the Jeep sit for a while, and it drove fine. Since most of my driving in this Jeep is around town, I didn't have any issues with it. I took it on an hour drive not long ago, and I noticed... 2001 TJ brake issues

Good afternoon, I own a 98 TJ that I bought over the summer. Rebuilt it (floor pans and Some frame rot) and have been running it for 2 months and love it. This week I threw a code. P0123, “the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detected a high voltage input (above 4.5 volts) from the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) circuit.” Replaced the TPS sensor, MAP, crank shaft and clock spring. All things “leading” to it according to google and other forms. I’m only getting 0.3v at all the above... 5v issue

This is my first time on the TJ Forum. I spent a lot of time on the YJ Forum and got a lot of help when I decided this year to sell the YJ after 30 years. I have had the TJ for about 5 years and have had a constant drip of transmission fluid. Now that the YJ is gone, I need to stop this drip. What is the most likely place for this drip? Haven't even looked up under it so give me the most likely spots. The. pan gasket seems the simplest.

My transmission lines go up and over the exhaust. From what I see and information I have found I need to drop the exhaust to replace the lines. Has anyone replaced the transmission lines on a 2006 Rubicon with out having to drop the exhaust ? I just watched a video by Lines to go that shows using their lines and not having to drop the exhaust has anyone used lines to go ?

Hey guys, seems like this is a very common issue, been working on this one intermittently for a couple of weeks now and about lost my mind. I'd sure appreciate some advice on what to do. I haven't struggled this bad on a vehicle issue in years. Feeling pretty defeated. Here is the series of events: Recently purchased a 1997 Jeep, 5 speed, 2.5L, 160k miles. Started off with the basics, it idled high and generally ran a little crappy so I started with plugs, wires, new idle control valve... Another crank-no-start 2.5

2005 LJ 4.0L 6 spd. man. 225k miles runs good. Started having starting issues and went to Autozone and they checked out the systems, my old battery was 18 mon. old so i bought a new battery. when they installed it the ground cable wasn't real tight and that started the issues.... have new 800amp battery; new ground cable; new ignition parts; went out yesterday morning and dead start; all dash lights light up; but turning the key, dead [like not making a connection] after 5 or 6... occasional starting issue

I recently picked up a mint 2004 LJ frame and tub. I also bought a 2006 TJ rubicon to use as a donor to put it back together. My plan was to use every bit of the TJ wiring so there were no compatibility issues. I’m in the process of swapping the dash and wiring and was curious about the body harnesses. the LJ body harness that runs back to the taillights, fuel pump, and evap system is obviously longer, it also feeds across the dash to do HVAC stuff and the interior fuse box, but it... TJ/LJ wiring compatibility

Hello fellow Jeepers, I own a 2005 Jeep Wrangler 4.0. I am having issues now starting my Jeep after leaving the battery disconnected overnight. I was hoping to reset the ECM after changing the TPS, IACV, and fuel injectors. Now when I try to start it, it clicks and the gauges bounce all over the place and acts like the battery is dead. If I disconnect the neg and pos cables and reconnect it starts right up. I am stumped as to what’s going on.

All, I purchased my 5th Jeep, 1998 Sahara and replacing the radio because it was useless. This was lazily attached behind the glove box, and no power connected to it. Do you know what it is for? It has a Jeep badge. Is it for a detachable stereo? Really old stuff. Is this required for a new radio install? Thanks. Boaf 1998 Jeep Sahara

Need to change my thermostat. Is the motorad 200-195 JV a good choice? I'd also like to know what gasket I'll need and the torque specs for the thermostat housing bolts. Thanks in advance for your help. Bruce

I have a 2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara and there's a short in the dashboard lights and the switch to adjust the gauges brightness and the dome light doesn't work. What is the matter ?

Hello everybody just wanted to see if anybody out there knows this issue. My battery died ever since my battery died. My car gets one good start then after it gets that good start. I shut it off and then when I go and start it up it just pukes like crazy. Trying to figure out if anybody here knows the issue and if you do, please privately message me contact me and give me your information so we can discuss anything further. Please looking for serious help.
