Hello everyone, I had an initial problem, the ignition key struggles to position itself on "on", now it happens that I turn the ignition key to "on" and the display remains all off .. I tried with graffite, and spry for electrical contacts, but sometimes it happens... I kindly ask you for help 🙏 thanks It doesn't happen all the time, but it's happening more often... I wouldn't want to be stranded

I’ve done full bolt on for my gen 4 zx10 so the next step for me is cams. I wanted Kawasaki oem cams but all the part numbers I find seem to be outdated. Was hoping someone on here has any updated part numbers or knows of any decent aftermarket cams.

Hello everyone, I remove flappers from subthrottle bodies and then on my dash appear F1 error code 62 and 32 I fix it and want to post here... 1. buy Capacitor 25v 500 microfarad, Resistor 8.2 Ohm 2 set. 2. Set this Resistor plus side on the actuator connector and than connect Capacitor (I had cut this connector and set there in line) (see pics) 3. take Subthrottle sensor and turn in 90 % not 100% and drill there and put some little pin and make stronger that not pull out. 4... So I have an 05 zx10r. It had been sitting for about 3.5 years or so. With no mechanical issues. I had 2 sets of fairings blow off and just got tired of dropping $450+ on them so I just parked it in the garage. Well I decided to bring it back to life this summer, and got the new plastics on it, changed the oil, and put fresh gas in it. It had been riding fine for 2 weeks, and then started getting an intermittent FI light, but it rode fine. Well 7 days ago I got caught in a bad pop up... Water damage? Something else?

UPDATED MAR 20, 2025 I've replaced most of my visible exterior fasteners (4th Gen 10R) with titanium and have a list of specifications to share. If you're aware of anything not listed, submit a reply and I'll add it to this original post. Body: Frame slider (engine) mounting bolts (2) M10x##mm (lengths are brand specific) 1.25mm pitch (recommend supporting weight of engine before removing right side) Upper fairings (6) M5x15mm 0.8mm pitch... Fastener replacement thread - sizing specs for lightweight titanium

A software connection timeout during a standard write operation using the USB Mv3 interface completely bricked the ECU on my 2018 Kawasaki ZX-14R. Ticket #730613 was opened immediately. Woolich Support confirmed the error and escalated to Level 3 / Development Team. Since escalation, Woolich has gone completely silent and abandoned the ticket. My motorcycle is left immobilized due to a software bug, with zero support or resolution from the vendor. Consider... WARNING for anyone flashing with Woolich Racing
