OK Folks, I thought it might be nice to have a thread that is dedicated to ONLY Good News. I have a couple of things: My buddy, who lost his job when the virus shut down his hotel, just got hired by a business within walking distance of his apartment. I have a RSG front skid plate for my 4Runner coming this week. Biopsy results indicate that I do NOT have cancer. Looks like my daughter and her fiance WILL be able to get a license and get married this June as planned. (Might be a tiny... GOOD NEWS AND ONLY GOOD NEWS

I have a 1999 4Runner Ltd with 6 cylinder. The hood as been replaced by previous owner. They was replaced with a hood from a 4 cylinder. I would like to replace the two emission stickers on the under side of the hood with the correct ones. Where can I get the stickers or would a forum member take a picture of your 6 cylinder emission stickers and send them to me.

Hello all! My brother and I just picked up this beauty for a project. I am looking for some guidance on an issue we have been struggling to diagnose. This has been 3.4 swapped. It starts runs and drives beautifully, until you stall it. After you stall it won’t crank unless you leave it for a bit. It’ll will happen if it’s been running for a minute or two hours. If you shut it off normally no issues. Any advice would be super helpful, thank you!

I know there are a few threads on this but unsure how many pertain to the '21 exhaust. I don't know how different this year may be compared to previous years...I can tell you this, my family of 5 hates the sound...from slight acceleration to cruise control, it's awful. After hearing my kids and wife complain this weekend, it's coming off or the truck goes...I gave it nearly 2,000 miles and I have to say that I'm shocked at how bad it is. If anybody has some insight to help me get my bearings on this before I have to go into the steelership. I have code p1613 popping up all by itself. From what I gather from googling, there could be a couple things causing this but essentially this is an electrical communication failure with the SAI system; ; ect. ... To preface this, I am newer to working on cars, I just bought a 2000 4runner 4V, I was told when i bought it that it was just the ac but after having it for a couple weeks i noticed its Engine oil.
