Hey all, Just joined the forum as im looking for some advice, my dad and i share the ownership of a GT and the engine has recently caput so we're doing a full rebuild. Including brakes and suspension components. I need advice on which equal length downpipes are best, and where i can buy them. (Brand or supplier) I have a wizard dual exit cat back exhaust and manifolds in my basket. I just need something to connect them! Any help/advice is appreciated.

Had some fun on mountain roads about 2 hours from Tokyo despite the rain.

A problem has been evident since the car was first put into service in march 2025. We are unable to start the car on a regular basis. Intermittent failure to start. The car is physically in P, but the dashboard displays the message ‘put the car in P’. The Start/Stop system does not respond; the vehicle cannot be switched off and the doors cannot be locked. The brake pedal becomes hard. After disconnecting and reconnecting the 12V battery, the fault has disappeared. Anyone an idea how to... Junior Ibrida impossible to start.

I am having fuel issues with my 1993 S4 Spider and have checked all the usual things like fuses, relays, pumps and filter. It won’t start and I’m sure it is fuel as I have already replaced all ignition items and there is a good spark. So I am wondering about the ECU now and if there is a fault there. I cannot find the reset button as described in the manual and am wondering if anyone could help here? There are several unused wiring plugs at the ECU including one with a cap over it and this... Having trouble connecting to TRW airbag. MES times out and so I have read on here its all about the L-line has to be disconnected on the three pin plug. These articles were written some time ago , so is there a workaround this with a three way switch KKL adapter. At first I thought it was to do with Latency but I dont think this the case as the other ecu's are fine as long as latency is set to 1. Tried Airbag on high and low settings but doesn't help. So help needed please.

Hello all people! I have that lovely problem of squeaky front brakes. The brake pads were recently changed and since then (and despite my now ex-mechanics attempts) they are still squeaking. Last week, I took them off myself, filed down the edges of the pads, cleaned the insides of the calipers, refitted all the retention springs (one was upside down..) but they are still noisy when gently braking at low speeds and slightly crunchy at mid-effort. Hi everyone, the “Check Engine” light recently came on in my dashboard. I ran an OBD scan at the shop and it showed error code P0425. The sensor (the first one after the turbo) was replaced, but the light came back on. After looking it up online, I saw it might be related to the wheel well relays, so I replaced those as well. And after another 700 km, the same error code came back. The strange thing is that it usually clears on its own after I start the car 2 or 3 times on different days... The “Check Engine” light comes on and goes off occasionally

Hello I’m new to the world of Alfas and 164s. UK based Working my way through all the issues but I fear the biggest stumbling block I will have is with the rear crossmember. Mine is very rusty and beyond proper repair. Does anyone have a spare, a breaker car or any suitable alternative please?? Many Hopeful Thanks
