I am building the Heissmann Acoustics DXT MON-182. I have the tops and sides cut. I noticed a small discrepancy in my dimensions. Top to bottom is 2 mm longer, and side to side is 1 mm shorter. If my calculations are correct the internal volume is .007896 cubic liters larger than the plans. Is that problematic? In my mind I think larger would be better than smaller. Thoughts? This is a review, listening tests and detailed measurements of the CSS Criton 3TD-X Kit tower speaker. It was sent to me by the company and costs US $2499 with a flatpack ( pair ). I received a fully built one which naturally costs a lot more: Fit and finish is excellent, rivalling commercial speakers at this or higher costs. This is a 3-way configuration. Lastly,my sub is active dsp subwoofer to turn analog sub signal from rca port of receiver into digital ,then process digitally to make sound better. There is delay,phase,crossover setting of mk subwoofer,but i have bypass phase,delay to receiver processing What else digital processing does mk sub manage?crossver,volumr adjust or auto eq ?

Can you help me debug this annoying feature? Windows 11 computer with USB to MOTU M4. When I play audio or video in a browser, e.g. playing YouTube or Vimeo in Firefox, MS Edge, or Google Chrome, the video starts playing or the audio playhead slider starts moving immediately as one would expect. But there's no audio for several second, typically between 3 and 20 seconds. If I stop a YouTube and move the playhead then the same thing happens again, video without audio for several seconds... Hey Guys, I am Ruben from Germany and i Love my Kef r3 non Metas. I have the oppurtunity to get the non Meta r11 for a good price or the r3 Meta for a good price. Which should i choose? I would Take the new speaker at the Front and the normal R3s in the Back. Thank you for your Response.

n+1 is a literature/politics "small magazine" born in the heyday of brooklyn writer hipsterism , but that was long ago. Heavy/bulky components, fantastical claims about sound quality, and pressure to buy right from the moment I walked in. A salesman who would not stop telling me about their best systems in the store. There is a new GaN amp module available on AliExpress based on the Infineon UG105730 GaN reference board. According to the manufacturer, it is an improved and tested version. The price is around €150 for Germany, though it may vary for other countries. While I’m not a fan of the reality-defying marketing hype surrounding GaN audio amplifiers, this board might actually be pretty decent. If you have a streamer with an internal DAC, but choose to use the USB out to connect to an external DAC, which device is clocking the digital signal? The streamer's DAC or the external DAC?

For those of you who want to do room correction measurements, but find the software too confusing or expensive I thought I would post a quick guide to using Cavern EQ which is available at the great price of FREE!.
