The Wadax Studio Player has been one of the hottest items in the market as as usual with this brand there is always a lot of turmoil. I am not sure what the reason for that is since Wadax is a fairly quiet group and make what many feel are amazing products. This mew product is way far removed in price from the other products and in that regard is shocking. I am a dealer so i want that out in the open but the responses we have been getting from thos who came heard, traded, bought have been... Read more
Guys… after what can only be described as an absurd, borderline-unhealthy number of attempts, I have finally cracked the code. This strange Bakelite/plastic-like finish shows up on some vintage gear from the 1920s and 1930's, and for the longest time has been my personal restoration nemesis. I tried everything. And when I say everything, I mean 40+ products and easily 100+ individual attempts . Polishes, waxes, glazes, quick detailers, compounds, dressings… nothing. Absolutely nothing... Read more
On September 4, 2026, a new U.S. federal KHARMA trademark application was filed by IPBI – Intellectual Property Beyond Imagination B.V., at the same Breda address Kharma International uses. The filing claims priority to an EU application from May 4, 2026. What makes it notable is the breadth of the goods Kharma is seeking protection for. The application extends well beyond its familiar loudspeakers and cables to include power amplifiers, preamplifiers, valve amplifiers, turntables, media... Read more
I was not sure where to post this. I have been really impressed with the Nirvana Audio Chronos Optimizer. Take a look at my thread on Audiogon. Audiogon Discussion Forum Nirvana Audio Chronos Optimizer I'm surprised no one has mentioned this. ozzy https://positive-feedback.com/reviews/hardware-reviews/down-the-rabbit-... forum.audiogon.com ozzy
No I'm not looking for new speakers. Was just curious if anyone has heard these: http://www.genesisloudspeakers.com/brochures/G2.2jr_Brochure.pdf
Just found this forum whilst reading reviews on Moon kit, seems like a good place, so here I am. You can’t read enough about hifi whilst listening so more is good. Thanks for letting me join in. My other passion.
Does anyone use these or similar devices? I have padded carpet over concrete and have always found spikes that penetrate the carpet and padding are definitely better than flat feet. But I have never tried any product like this. My speakers are Quad ESL-2805s. http://www.isoacoustics.com/products/gaia-series/
After some testing between some Iso Acoustics and Stack Audio Auva's, I've landed on the Auva's for my ATC SCM50's. I highly recommend an audition if you're in the market for some great footers for heavier speakers. They do all the right things.
I’ve read about IsoAcoustics for years on various hi-fi forums. The praise seemed almost universal, but if I am being honest, the price gives me mild heart palpitations. Spending $499 AUD (~$350 USD) a pack just for accessories felt… well, steep to say the least. Spoiler alert and so I don’t scare you, these don’t just work, they work amazingly and definitely made a massive difference to my system. Definitely recommend! For my setup, I had to get three packs: two for... Read more
