EBike Bicycle do you have one?

Thinking about getting 2 ebikes to take on travel with our Class B van. Started looking for information, I need some more education. Hub motor direct drive or reduction drive? Mid motor how many watts? buy new bikes or convert the ones we have a Townie and a Trek 970? Thinking about a fat tire so we can do some light off-road. Advice from anyone with one, what questions am I forgetting?

Totally rando thought - what is level?

So I’m messing around with my laser level to hang some blinds in our living room. The thing shoots this beautiful red line across the entire length of the wall. So I eyeball the alignment of the line to the window casement and then notice the casement has a slight slope on it. The bubble level on the side of the gadget confirms that I’m just a p.h. out of level, the casement sloping consistently about 2mm across a 16 foot span of windows. And then I start thinking - and this is the... Read more

Aston Martin Motorcycles

Pretty limited production, but perhaps bitchin’ Brough Superior AMB 001 Pro, the successor to the sold-out AMB 001, was inspired by Aston Martin’s no rules track hypercar, Valkyrie AMR Pro. www.astonmartin.com

Chris, if you’re the guy who stopped for the orange Duke 390 today, thank you

I’m the guy on the orange Duke 390 that tipped it over earlier today. You stopped, turned around, helped me get it back up, checked the bike over, and made sure I was alright about five times lol. You told me to check out Bay Area Riders Forum and make a post so you could find me. Just wanted to say thanks again. Seriously appreciated you stopping. Bike ended up having literally zero damage too Hope I found the right place.
