People inside the game like Don Goodman, will have an amount they can say in public and an amount they can't. so it is pretty obvious from these comments that Mowbray is unhappy with the recruitment team. Pasha and Gestede are the culprits and I suspect the working relationship and respect are pretty strained. It would be of no great surprise to see Gestede fall by the wayside, but are Pasha's days numbered too?

He cant dribble the ball, but he is fast without it once he has got going (decent top speed rather than acceleration & ability to twist & turn). If he made intelligent runs, and is found by precise enough through balls, then there is something to work with * Kargbo is the opposite, good acceleration etc, but not a super high top speed I wouldn't have either of them for anything other than a late sub to push teams back so we are not left defending our own box

I don't even think De Neve is that quick it seems to be more his willingness to press and get up and down he does find space in behind. As i said though he fades badly after 30 mins or so then disappears, there are many water carriers who wouldn't be if they had ever developed some football nous and brains. He was signed on running stats i assume for Ismaels high press and he can do that, within limits.

De Neve is extremely limited, but that being said, he has one attribute which is standout at this level.. his pace If he could learn to stay high and wide, almost level with the last man, and then also learn to time his runs to break the offside trap, then there is something to work with, even if he lacks end product, as this would force the opposition back late in games I could be saying a very similar thing about Kargbo, and possibly also Jorgensen, although I think Jorgensen does offer more than simply being an outlet in terms of goals
