I am new here, and i am by no means a Diesel expert. I purchased my 2002 ram 2500 about 4 years ago. Never had any problems with it up until now. I drove it a couple months ago and it ran fine, sat for about a week and went to get in it to two my boat down to the beach for vacation and it would just crank and never fire. I didnt have a code reader Handy so i cycled the codes on the dash and these were the Codes that popped up, p1693, p0230, p0237, p0232, p1689 and p0215. I Originaly thought... Tst powermax 3

Hey guys, I'm trying to track down the old archived Wildcatcher / CaTCHER software files for a Smarty S03 on my 2001 Ram 2500 24V NV5600. I know these files are pretty old and hard to find online now, so I'm hoping someone still has a folder saved on their computer or a working download link they can share. I have a 01 24v and i’ve had it for about 2 months, it has 256k miles and it runs great i have zero issues with it. recently i noticed when walking to the truck i have some smoke and some oil coming from the crank case breather. never noticed it before until now, is there anything i could do to make it not happen as much? just looking for some suggestions

I have a slight miss or skip at idle. Only happens when the engine is warmed up and only in park or neutral. Holding the break or turning on the ac stops it. Also have a bit of white smoke on cold starts. Smoke starts about 1 min after start up and lasts about 5 min or until it hits 140. I have tried replacing injectors and checked valve lash. Valves were perfect and the injectors had no change. Lift pump was at 5psi under hard acceleration before being replaced with a raptor 150 so... Miss at idle when warmed up

Well, I got a head scratcher for you guys. My dodge had set for a couple of weeks and I went out to start it and it had extended cranking before starting. I drove it and it ran perfect and I just assumed it was because it hadn't been started in a couple weeks. However, the next day it was the same thing. So, I parked it down hill and it started like normal. So, I just knew it was the fuel return banjo bolt on the back of the head. I put new washers on it and reinstalled everything and it... I have a 2001 24v cummins SO, and im aiming for 450-500 hp, my main hp mods will be Infinite performance 125hp injectors, PDD Aggressor 60-64 turbo, and a Quadzilla adrenaline V2. I dont know what lift pump i should get, and should I get the sump aswell? Ive heard good, and bad things about Fass, and Airdog, I have looked at Fass lift pumps and they say the 100GPH is rated up to 600hp, but alot of people on this forum have 150GPH or 165GPH with 125hp or 150hp injectors.I know Fass has the... I had a vibration at certain rpm’s on acceleration. Upon inspection I noticed the cushion on my carrier bearing was worn. Removed the shaft and separated the halves. I don’t have a shop press & im not kean on grinding it off. I cut the remaining rubber and as expected, the bearing itself is in no way damaged. I just purchased from rockauto the cushion by itself. Logic tells me I will need to cut the top of the metal housing and reweld it to install the bushing. I am banking that the heat... Center support bearing cushion replacement

What are the cleanest injectors on a stock VP44 with a s475/96 1.32 and s363/68. I currently have a custom DAP set of VCO 7x.015 injectors and they smoke A lot lugging on the freeway or from a dead spot. I’m pretty good at not getting on it but got smog spotted and now have to take it in to DMV after a repair for a smoke test. So I’m planning on running the smallest/cleanest injectors I can plus getting a custom tune on the quadzilla. Any info greatly appreciated

Cracked overdrive housing, do you guys think it can be welded possibly in the truck or would it need removed? Gotta drop the whole trans right?

I have been fighting a long crank after sitting for a few months now. I have replaced the supply and return lines from the sump to the fass and the supply line from the fass to the VP44. I have replaced the sealing washers on the banjo bolts at the back of the head and the overflow on the VP44. I have checked all of the feed tube o-rings (less than 10k mi on new feed tubes and o-rings) and replaced the seals in the return tee fitting. Hey guys, question because im not sure and in all reality dont feel like removing this pump. Its a newer vp, but fresh out of warranty. The seal below the PSG is leaking externally and dripping down the pump onto the ground. I have verified this cuz it was bothering me badly. New lines and new overflow valve because I had thought that was the issue. My question is, can I just remove the psg cover and then move the psg to the side, replace... VP44 Seal underneath PSG
