They asked me to email them all that yesterday and then today I went searching in my email for the one from them requesting, but instead I found a congratulations! Email with instructions on activating online banking. Which I did and my five dollar dd from Chase biz it’s already there. Time will tell if they shut it down or deactivate my login.

I’ve done several PNC offers in years past, without personal conflicting with business, and vice versa. Last churned both in 2025, with some overlap in hold times. PNC IT systems are subpar, in general, so I wouldn’t be surprised if something screwed up. Easily worse than Citi. I’ve had a few personal PNC accounts not being enrolled properly with offers and thus not credited automatically over the years…
