Was rebuilding the 996 recently and came across this page in the manual that specs the angle of the banjo fitting out of the master and into the slave cylinders/brake calipers for both the brake and clutch lines. It made me scratch my head as to why...the figures are super precise...yet I can't see why it is so important. Any ideas? View attachment 361182

Anyone else here from the South West?
Hey guys, So I am curious... Ducati v4s Panigale 2018 - Blown engine, so bought a 2023 V4s Panigale engine which came with the wiring loom. So, obviously one is euro 4 and the other is euro 5... But I was wondering if I can 'just' plug my ecu, dash and bbs into the newer wiring loom? Anyone done this before? Otherwise I'll just buy 28643691-series ECU + 40611944B dash Part numbers are different but I can see they 'fit'.
Hi guys, picked this up last week , it's absolutely mint, 9700 miles from new. Need a few bits doing so going to put it back to relatively standard condition. I think it's the best looking gsxr out there. Just testing the water, so to speak. Would a H****y based bobber build be acceptable on here ? I seem to spend more time on this forum than the other bike forums that I frequent & I know there are people who like the American tractors on here & who own Ducatis. Don't be worried about rediculing me, I can handle that as I've already build a similar thing & my mate had swamped me with ridicule for the ten years it took to finish. The best was he then went out & bought a Fat Boy !!

Per my posts on the eBay bikes thread, I bought a 2010 Multistrada 1200 S ABS, described by the seller as “turning over but not starting”. In an effort to fix it, he says he replaced both coils, the MAP sensors and fuel injectors. I can see the coils are both new (genuine Ducati / Beru parts). Haven’t got as far as eyeballing the MAP sensors or injectors yet, but don’t doubt he did change these. I collected it yesterday and after giving it a quick clean (was actually pretty clean already)... Multistrada 1200 S Non Start - Progress Made!
I had to put a lower seat on the Desert X Rally as I was really on the balls of my feat with this bike (coming from the Desert X). The lower seat solution works really well and is also comfortable. I put a bag/box holder on the back to fill the void and with a bit of fettling, I was able to mount my old 1098 bag on the rack very securely. Very please with the bike now after the initial height concerns. View attachment 359782 View attachment 359783 View attachment 359784

WTB mint condition OEM 1199 Tricolore fairings. Full set. Shipped to Norway Thanks.
I have a 2025 Full Throttle on a PCP deal. If I were to keep it beyond the contract date I'd like to make some upgrades to help its long distance comfort. I read about folk investing in front and rear suspension upgrades describing it as the difference between 'night and day'. I'm not a track day rider, so could I ask how much of an improvement in comfort this could bring. I find the stock setup adequate, but still jarring on most roads. Also can anyone recommend a touring screen I could... What Are The Benefits Of A Suspension Upgrade
