having trouble locating a set of rear tail lights. as every aftermaket place the vikky only starts at 1992. one has a crack in the lens and would like a pair if i could?

I have 1996 fuel injected ford 300, i was taking it up the mountain when it started misfiring. I recently replaced the fuel injectors and the ground wire, we checked compression and it is within spec. I recently replaced spark plugs and distributer cap. Not sure what else it could be besides valves not sealing right, I think this because when I was replacing my fuel injectors, there was oil in my intake manifold. If anyone has any ideas on something else it could be let me know.
