How confidently can you state where you will be in your career by the end of 2028? More relevantly, how confidently can you state where 18 male riders will be in their careers by the end of 2028? The purpose of this game is to find 18 riders who have rather limited success to date: fewer CQ points in their whole careers to now than Aadne Holter scored in just this year (200) But, of course, to be successful, you need a team that will score well over those 3 years, maybe even as well as Del Toro, Gregoire, Onley, Martinez or Lipowitz, who each scored more than 2000 points in the three years of the edition that has just finished (2023-35). Note that Del Toro was still a junior in the first of those three years, but would still have been a valid pick (nobody took him though) So scour the team lists for promising youngsters, scrutinise the results of the juniors this year, examine the lists of new signings, and re-visit those that you thought would make a breakthrough... I don't think he has a thread yet. He deserves one, I like how he rides. And he made fun of Wiggins in the tour, how can you not like him for that? lol He attacks when he can. And not an ***. Anyway great rider and IMO the guy who is going to be the biggest challenge for Contador in the future GT's. And he has a cute girlfriend, she doesn't know when to be quiet, still very nice 😀

I asked in another thread if there already was a thread to discuss U23 races & promising talents. No answer so I decided to make one. I think it's better to have one big thread instead of making several threads for future races or promising talents cause it's not like a lot of posts will be made about these races. We're already halfway the season so a lot of big and important races are already done. We saw some dominance of the American/Axeon boys with stunning performances from the 18 year old Adrien Costa (1997) in the Tour of Flanders and in France, from Neilson Powless (1996) on his home grounds (what a ride he did in California) and from Logan Owen (1995) who won L-B-L this year. In the same L-B-L we saw Brit James Shaw (1996, LTS) showing his potential for one of the first times in his u23 career and a new upcoming Russian star, Pavel Sivakov (1997, BMC).
